| I have a one bedroom flat located in the lucious sydney suburb of Neutral Bay that i would like to offer as a holliday rental for someone over the xmas / new years week. It is only 1.5 km from the harbour bridge and is a fantastic location for anyone wanting so watch the fire works, there are many parks and areas near by where you can get GREAT veiws of the fireworks. I think it would be ideal for a small family with young children who would like to treat the kids. I have a seperate bedroom with a queen sized bed and a loungeroom with a three seater lounge with a chaize. I have slept on this couch quite comfortably as have a few of my friends. SO if you had one or two small children its quite doable. There is also a very well utilised kitchen, seperate laundry ( with a washing machine) and a full sized bathroom with a full sized bath. It is located in a nice quiiet neck of the woods with quiet neighbours and is pet freindly. I have a small yard that i keep a dog in ( but she will be away with me) so If you have a dog that is fine. there is more then enough linned, kitchen utensils / crockery and dvd's to go around. All you need to bring is your selvse, clothes and food I would like to offer this to a young family that finds it difficult to see family over the summer break. It is not too far from manly and the great shopping of chatswood OR the CBD. Would also like to offer to a retired couple, or anyone else who is quiet, well behaved and would like a break.
